I bought this washer after researching for a while. I love it! Once the shipping bolts are removed after unpacking it, it runs smoothly and super quietly. I love the controls and the fact that you can turn off the alarms with a push of a button.

Finally parted with my 17-yr-old washer and dryer. Did a lot of research before buying. I have not been disappointed. Quick, efficient, easy to learn and operate. Clothes come out so much better than with the old agitator tub. Can wash a much bigger load, but saves on water and electric. Would recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend this washer. Great price; and delivery and installation was fast. The washer does a great job and uses a lot less water than the old fashion one we had. Clothes come out clean every time. Very satisfied

This washer is great. I can load a huge load and be finish with my laundry faster than my old washer. I could not be happier with it even if I tried. If you purchase this washer, you will not be disappointed

We had heard so many bad reviews about front load washing machines that we were leary of purchasing one. We are glad that we decided to give it a chance, it was a great purchase. We do take a bit of care with it. The salesman gave us a few tips. We always take a few seconds and wipe off the door, seal and the soap tray as he recommended to prevent any sour smells. We are very satisfied with our Samsung purchase!

Bought this because of a great 4th of July sale and because of the reviews. I am very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this pair to anyone looking to upgrade their washer and dryer.

We have long wanted to switch to a front loading washer, so when the time came, that's what we went looking for. The long warranty period on the direct drive and the competitive price clinched the deal for us to buy this one. We are very pleased so far. Starting the machine is a multi-step procedure, and the instructions should have inclluded "press and HOLD the start button for a few seconds." But we're used to that now. The only other gripe is that the program knob spins so freely that it's easy to change the program when you don't mean to. We really like the high speed of the spin cycle compared to the old washer. The clothes now spend less time in the dryer.

Great washer overall. Samsung delivers another great product. I absolutely love this washer.

Great clean every time. The washer runs really quiet once you set it up. You will forget you have a load if not for the buzzer at the end of the cycle.

My first front loader high efficiency washer love so far. Very quiet during washing and spinning but some cycles wash for longer than usual times.

I loved the product. Compared to what I used in the apartments, I have a much better thing and the cleaning and cloth quality maintained shows.

I didn't think I needed a washer this big, but boy have I used it. Great for blankets, comforters, curtains and summer towels from the pool.

I really like the washer over all. It's quiet and very simple to use. Even tho it does a very large load it fits in a compact space. It does go off balance easier than other washers i've. Had.

Go this on sale at my local Best Buy, delivery was fast, and it came with new hoses which was a bonus. Cleans very well, lots of steam options for sanitizing and getting ultimate whites. Good looking washer too. It plays music at the end of the cycle instead of an annoying buzzer. Love everything about the washer including the 10 year motor warranty!

Exchange an older washing machine that has an issue with this washing machine at price at black friday. Can't beat the price for the quality.

The reason why I bought this is the price and the size of machine. The laundry room in my house is tiny, where only 34" long from front to back. Thanks to Samsung, this fits in. The price was good, too. My kids told me that clothes are cleaner than my previous Kenmore front loading washer. 10 stars!
