This was a great Pre-Black Friday deal. I was debating between this brand and the LG. It appeared to have identical feature. What made the scale tip toward Samsung was the Pre-BF price. So far it's an easy to use product. I like the end of cycle chime. Sanitize feature is a bonus especially when you have kids.

This washing machine is perfect for our family of four. The load capacity allows us to do all of our loads but whites at one time, and it really is excellent at getting stains out. It does play this odd little sing-songy tune when the load is done that's a little weird, but at least it's loud and long enough to get our attention upstairs that the load's complete.

This washer is so easy my 6 year old can work it. I like that it cleans easy and I don't have to do anything.

The wash machine is extremely quiet - even on the spin cycle. I would recommend that you follow the guidelines in regards to the weight of the load as it does make a difference on the cleaning. We are an active family so we are washing clothes daily. So far we have not had any issues and are satisfied with our purchase. My family jokes about the little tune that is played at the end.

The controls are easy to operate and the wash is excellent. Also it is excellent value for money.

I looked at many, this was a real good combination of size (big) quality and price.

The washer is very nice and different cycles give you full control to customise washing time and options. Very energy efficient product.

Such great performance with all the challenges it's been presented with. We have 4 dogs and 3 kiddos so there is always MORE LAUNDRY!! We are so very pleased with the value and outstanding quality of this product

This washer meets all of my family's needs. Does a fantastic job of cleaning and is very quiet.

I am extremely satisfied with this washing machine. I am impressed with how little water it uses as well as how my clothes are not soaked when the washing cycle is complete. I am anxious to see how my water and electric bills are affected by this new unit.

Love this washer so far save you water & energy... The performance is great, have to use HE detergent. Only thing that I don't like is the sound it make after finish cycle have to wait till sound is over to open door after that everything is great

Overall Samsung makes the best washers out there. You get what you pay for...solid!

I didn't understand the setting at first. The washer is great,quiet and has a lock which is great for children.the cycle signal is a bit long and loud however.Con-the inside doesn't dry, sometimes I have to leave the door open over night so it won't smell musty.

My daughter in law has a Samsung washer and dryer, so I first used her machines and at the time I had several large comforters which were badly soiled. The steam setting was amazing. They all came out beautifully. I was very impressed. When my husband and I went to look for new machines, I decided that I wanted the Samsung washer and dryer with the steam settings, and we are very happy with them.

We've been very happy with this purchase. I've had zero issues with it.

This is a good washer with many features, at a great price. I was surprised at how much I could fit in this dryer, including a queen size comforter with some room to spare. The drawback about this washer is the long preset wash cycles, although you can manually change the cycle time for a shorter wash. Overall, I'm impressed so far.

Initially didn't care about sanitizing part, but got good deal on washer, so took that one. Now I have appreciated killing off the dust mites!! My last washer (top loading without center pole) wrinkled clothes so badly that nothing got the wrinkles out. If I take the clothes out right away, there is minimal wrinkles. (Didn't matter with old washer if took out right away, still really bad). One fun part is when finished, it plays this cheerful little melody, not a buzzer sound. (You can turn to sound off.) My biggest concern was the wrinkles and very please with this washer. I am also glad it has a "quick" cycle, which I use a lot. The other noticeable thing is that it is extremely quiet for a washer..It makes some noise, but mostly quiet.

I think this washer is wonderful! Looks sleak and works great! The washer did shake a bit when it is on the high settings of the spin cycle but once i leveled the washer better, it no longer shook the house. Great purchase, love the steam cycles too! It is a long wash cycle but it is worth it to completely sanitize your items.

I really am happy with the new Samsung Steam Washer after having used it for the past 5 weeks. Has large selection of cycles, temperatures, etc. Washes very well. Looks so much better than my old washer. Holds a lot of laundry in a single load.
