The only thing I can say negative about this phone is that unless it's an MP3 format, I'm unable to transfer music over onto this phone from my old device using Samsung's music app I'm unable to transfer music over onto this one from my old device unless it's a MP3 using Samsung's music app.

Don's New Cellphone

Needless to say, what a change. I am not a cell phone fanatic. This phone does more than I need; however, the salesperson and the dept. manager was very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Best Buy for memorable experience.
