Q: What kind of Guarantee does the refurbished Gear 2 neo have?
A: It has all the same warranties that a new neo 2 has.
Q: Does this watch keep track of your heart rate 24/7 or only when you work out?
A: It will check your heart rate throughout the day, but is not a continual thing. You can always view the % of time spent in different heart rate ranges and can force it to check your heart rate while working out. I have had some issues getting a reading in the past but usually works well.
Q: can you text off this watch?
A: Yes you can text, via voice. There is no keyboard. You can respond and create new text messages via voice just by directing your voice towards the watch and saying "OK GOOGLE". Then just say "send text to (whomever)", and speak the message...within a few seconds, the watch will show you whats been spoken and put into text and send giving you ample time to cancel or change if needed.
