Don't bother buying a watch from Samsung. We bought a Samsung Gear 2 Neo for our son for Christmas and the clasp on the band broke that day. We sent it in to get it fixed and the item came back broken. Samsung broke the round piece that the band goes into so now the band is not attached to the watch face (see attached picture). With much arguing with them (several months), they finally agreed to pay for their mistake. We sent it in once they gave us the shipping information. A week later, we get a phone call (March 11) from Samsung saying if we don't contact them by March 14th, they will send our item back to us unrepaired. I called them on March 14th and they had already closed the ticket and were going to ship it back. They wanted $162 to fix the problem which was more than we paid for the watch. I argued with them about how they broke it so they said they would reopen it and fix the problem. We received it in the mail today (March 17), unfixed. Don't bother buying Samsung items because they will not fix what they break without you paying for their mistakes. They were also claiming that it was out of warranty when they broke the part.

I've had this watch for over a month and I'm very happy with all its features. Answering your phone from you watch and texting is very convenient. Volume on the phone could be louder but all in all, it's good.

Great product. The battery life is a big plus - I can go about 2 days without charging it. The ability to take and dial calls without having to use my phone is very convenient. I have also noticed that is pretty accurate as a pedometer too. Happy so far with my purchase :)

Gear 2 Neo has not only helped with daily exercise it gives me the opportunity to get a significant review of notifications and appointments without having to access my phone. The only drawback is not being able to create activity categories like Gardening, other similar projects that help me burn calories.

This is a great product for the price. The neo gear is very intuitive and easy to use. Highly recommend this product.

I like this watch. Notifications are great to see right away. The speaker phone is very useful while driving or making dinner.

Been wanting to get this product for a while. Now that I have it I'm not at all disappointed. Still learning the different features. Easy to navigate. Always getting compliments on the watch.

All functions I use except one, perform well. The one I find issues with is your pulse. If you are looking for your heart rate while say running or any activity while in motion, this not for you.

The Gear Live that I bought from BBuy hadn't worked since I bought it and they refused to do anything about it, so I bought this to get by while I figured out what to do with the other watch. It has worked perfect and I actually like the Neo better than the Gear Live because there seem to be more functions and convienience.

This was for my 15 year old son. He loves it! It's so great that it controls the TV and has a speaker! The picture is amazingly clear as well.

I bought this watch as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She loves it. It does everything she wanted and does it well. It's easy to use and has lots of features.

my watch is amazing it does everything I needed it to do. one wish I did have is that it would be more compatible to my jobs fit site vitality like the fit bit is. so that I can sync up my steps. my phone says it does but it doesn't work.

I simply love this watch! From the pedometer to the apps with texting. It's everything a smart watch should be.

Handy gadget for a tech geek (my wife's description of me). Comes in handy while in meetings and at my desk. Allows me to review texts and emails without pulling my phone out.

I am glad I made this purchase, it is just like wearing a laptop or a computer on your wrist. Not only do I have time on my hand, but I can check the weather and my emails and other things as well.
