A: No, it seems to be insulated, not refrigerated.

Q: Will Geek Squad install the machine when it is delivered?

A: No, they did not hook up ice machine. In fact ice machine came by UPS delivery so we unpacked and had to hire a plumber to hook up. Ice machine works great.

A: The ice is with a hole in the middle and they melt quickly once you put in a drink . But it works ok the machine makes the ice quick too. For the price of it is ok . If you want something more professional you know you have to pay much more .
