Lacks good instruction
Was hoping to get more of an instructional video for beginners. Doesn't give any step by step or breathing instructions for beginners.

Not for a beginner
I was looking for a new form of exercise but this DVD is NOT for someone who has no background in Tai Chi. It is shot with 1 camera and the instructor has his back to the camera a lot., he never explains the arm movements more than, "energize your fingers" and his instructions really seem to lag the video. If you have some intro or history in Tai Chi it would be helpful to grow your skills but without it I was just lost.
