I got this lens a month ago and did couple of portrait shoots with it. It is a very sharp lens and works fantastic in low light conditions. The image stabilization is pretty robust and is definitely an advantage. For the price point, I think it is the best lens

I originally had the Sigma 70-200 f2.8, but decided to make the switch. This is a better performer overall.
