Customers frequently mention the exceptional picture quality, especially with Dolby Vision, vibrant colors, and sharp details. They also appreciate the affordable price and user-friendly Roku platform with voice command. However, some users have concerns about the remote control synchronization and the TV's reliability, with reports of periodic restarts.
Great TV the second time around. 1st tv was a Google TV. Pixel issues within a few months. No issues with the Roku though.

Excellent picture, Roku tv’s are the easiest to stream all the different platforms. We opted for the 65” and had it mounted but it does have two feet positions so can stand on a smaller stand or sideboard or can be closer to the ends. I would buy again.

Got a good deal on the open box model that was geek squad certified. Purchased the extended warranty just in case. Glad I did because it started going out 3 months later. Started having lines going through screen. Every time you turned the tv on you would have to smack it and then it would start working. But it because very flaky. I really wanted this TV because the picture quality was excellent and I love the Roku platform. Unfortunately BestBuy wouldn’t replace the tv they would only give me credit toward another tv based on my purchase price. Glad I was able to recover me initial cost but really bummed that the TV itself wasn’t covered. Purchased a Samsung smart TV with webOS since it was on sale for the same amount as my credit but the webOS platform is really clunky compared to the Roku and the picture isn’t as good as the TCL. Wish I could have just swapped my TCL tv but it was good while it lasted.
