A: Hello! We are so sorry you are having an issue with your machine. Please reach out to us directly and we can help you troubleshoot your unique situation, or possibly replace the unit through our 1 year warranty.
A: 1. Yes it can be returned to a Best Buy store if purchased there and eligible within BB's return policy. 2. Yes the volume level can go all the way down to zero and to a max of 69.3 decibels.
Q: So with only 6 hours of charge, I'd have to charge it once a day or leave it plugged in?
A: The Hushh has a battery life of 8-12 hours, depending on volume level and night light activity. One 4 charge a day is all that is needed for the Hushh to run through the night.
Q: Can the night light shut off while the unit is on?
A: Yes, the night light can be turned off when the unit is on by pressing the power button twice in quick succession.
Q: Does this block out noisy side neighbors/dogs?
A: The Hushh can assist with drowning out outside noises, but depending on the severity of those noises, you may want to look at one of our stationary units with more powerful speakers and white noise options.
Q: Will keeping the hush plugged in all the time hurt the lithium battery?

However, to avoid overcharging the Hushh and depleting the battery life, we recommend to unplug in the morning and use throughout the day without it being plugged in.
