Q: Is it Bluetooth or is a usb required
A: No-This has a headphone connector that plugs into the back of a CB or anything that will take a mono plug.
Q: Will this speaker attach to a lap top?
A: Sure as long as it has a headphone jack.
A: It might be but I wouldn’t think so. I suspect that the cone on this speaker is likely paper. If you wrapped it in plastic it would probably be fine and only minimally affect the sound coming out.
