“Hello, is this speaker weatherproof? Will it last outdoors all year around or must take it down in the winter? Because I need an all year around speaker that I can install and leave out for a long period of time.”

It might be but I wouldn’t think so. I suspect that the cone on this speaker is likely paper. If you wrapped it in plastic it would probably be fine and only minimally affect the sound coming out.
