Q: Is there a reverse function - stir fry?
A: I reviewed the PDF and there does not appear to be a reverse mode.... you may want to download the PDF (google dat) and review it because the Complete Chef may have a "substitute" effect - ie., not disturbing the contents of your cook with blade agitation...
