I bought the dual fuel 5 series range, with electric oven. The oven never correctly set or help temperature. It took 5 service appointments to get it fixed with two different service companies. Quality was not as expected for a range at this price point. That said, the gas burners work great. The issue is with customer service, but ultimately Viking did follow through. They just have some questionable 3rd party service providers.
