Q: Are the knobs secure enough as to prevent any accidental turning on from children/pets?
A: Hi there! Thank you for your question regarding model GCFE3059BF. The surface element knobs on this range are designed for standard operation and require a deliberate turn to activate a burner. However, this model does not feature a built-in child-lock or push-to-turn safety mechanism on the knobs. Because of this, the knobs could be turned if enough force is applied. If you have children or pets in the home, we recommend using aftermarket knob covers or safety guards for added protection, and keeping the cooktop area clear when the unit is not in use. - Reed

From the moment I started using it, I was impressed by how quickly it heats up, allowing me to prepare meals efficiently without unnecessary waiting. Its reliability has been remarkable, consistently performing at a high level without any issues. The oven comes equipped with numerous features that are both practical and easy to use, making the cooking process enjoyable rather than complicated. In today’s market, many brands like LG and Samsung offer products bundled with mobile apps and other feature's, which, in my experience, are seldom used and add unnecessary complexity. This oven, however, embraces simplicity without compromising on functionality or aesthetic appeal. It combines sleek design with dependable performance, embodying the concept of “it just works.” While my overall experience has been exceptionally positive, I would like to note one potential concern for households with children. The control knobs are positioned at a height that is easily accessible to young children. This could pose a risk, as they might accidentally turn on the oven or stove. It is something to be mindful of From the moment I started using it, I was impressed by how quickly it heats up, allowing me to prepare meals efficiently without unnecessary waiting. It is a worthwhile investment that offers fantastic value, superior reliability, and user-friendly features. I highly recommend considering this option if you are in the market for an oven that combines simplicity with efficiency.

Bought this based on reviews and features and while i have not used the range much im impressed by the speed that burners heat up and the very solid appearance of the glass and oven parts. MAKE Sure you place your outlet per installation requirements....my old outlet is about 20 inches from the wall and so the plug prevents the range from sliding all the way in

I needed a new stove/cooktop for my 'new' kitchen. This fits the bill. It is smart looking without being over-the-top as a gadget. I am learning how to use it and so far I am pleased with my purchase. Good job, Best Buy!
