Very Pleased with this Referb
Great little machine. There was some cosmetic damage to the lid (shown in photo). Looked like the result of some aggressive sticker removal. Battery efficiency was at 98%. Came with the original Apple power brick and MagSafe cable. No screen damage. I did order online and picked it up at the store so I could inspect it there before leaving in case there had been an issue. It did not have any power, but a Geek Squad tech let me charge it there so we could boot it up. He also helped me get it out of Italian (looked like part of the set up had been started so English was not shown) and he tested the WiFi before I left the store.

Mac book pro
This was a solid upgrade for me. The MacBook showed up in perfect condition with no scratches or dents, and it runs really smoothly. Everything feels fast and responsive. The battery life honestly surprised me. I can get through about two full days of school without needing to charge it. It also felt like a great value for the price. For a refurbished laptop, it definitely exceeded my expectations and feels basically brand new. Overall, I’m very satisfied with it, and I would definitely buy another refurbished product from Geek Squad.

Refurb the Geek Squad way
This is great for somebody looking for the best value for their dollar. I recommend this over a MacBook Air because this has the mini LED display which is 1 million times better than the LCD display on a brand new MacBook Air M4. As a former geek squad employee, I know the process that they do with the geek squad certified refurbished devices and it is the best value for the device on the market. It’s better than purchasing third-party with no refund if you’re not satisfied you still have a return policy on these refurbished devices.
