Great Upgrade. Could be better
I really enjoy the 5s. It is a major speed bump from the iPhone 4s with a new processor, better battery life and 32GB memory. The battery seems to last much longer so I don't have to keep charging the phone all day even with the same usage levels. This probably has something to do with the new processor and its efficiencies. Texting and messaging is simple and easy to do, but I do seem to keep hitting the Facetime button when I don't mean to. I am a Sprint customer - I had to pay the 4G premium for data but my 4G connection keeps dropping out. I am often on Extended coverage in the middle of campus - which is supposed to be the best connection in town. So disappointed with the 4G experience at this point. Should have stayed with 3G for another year and saved the money. Overall, I really to like the phone. Now I have to learn how to use all its capabilities to really appreciate it.

Amazing phone, glitchy software
I upgraded from the iPhone 4 to this, so of course it's a lot better than my last phone. The biggest issue I've had with it is simply due to iOS7 (I think). When I first got the phone it seemed to work well. When Apple updated iOS it stopped getting 3g & LTE. Apple replaced my phone when I told them about my problem, and having a phone with the first version of iOS7 has fixed the coverage issue, but now my phone restarts itself once a day at a random time. I'm reluctant to update until they've got a few more kinks worked out. Otherwise, touchID works very well, the camera is impressive, and the phone is EXTREMELY quick.

Best phone I ever had
This is the best phone I ever owned. Software is slick, intuitive, smart, once you use it you are hooked for years. The retina display is real bright and clear as well as very responsive to any 1, 2 or 3 finger gestures. The sound is good, and it gets better if sent via the Bluetooth to a speaker. Battery charge lasts all day. Software is backed up automatically to iCloud or a laptop. 32 Gb memory is very adequate.
