A: We were told that Best Buy does not have a contract with the company therefore you can not return the product to Best Buy. We had to contact that company and they sent out a box to return it and sent a replacement.
A: Sorry, this question popped up for me when i was doing a review on the Jaybird X3's. The Audio-technicas come with memory foam ear pieces and the cans are pretty large, so unless you have ears that are larger than 3 inches from top to bottom then i would say that they are pretty comfortable to wear, if you have a slightly larger head the top band can be a bit hard.
Q: what is the meaning of Audio Medium of Communication
A: I believe they refer to the level of sound and performance. These are small earphones, and the qulaity is not going to compare to a complete over the ear style. They are also much less costly.
