- A: AnswerI had to go to Walmart and buy a separate HDMI cord because the one provided only hooks to a laptop. Once I got the additional cord and connected it to my desktop, the camera and microphone worked. Pretty annoying that it isn't included or explained. I had to do some YouTube and Googling to figure it out.

A: AnswerMicrophone is not very good. I have adjusted every setting possible and while on Teams or Zoom the participants can't hear me too well. I don't have that issue with my other devices. I haven't been able to find a solution for the low microphone volume yet.Answered by Kenneth

Amazing monitor
Look, the camera is decent, the microphone is also decent, and the quality of the image is enough for a regular user, but all with a Thunderbolt 4 that comes in the box, a beautiful design that is easy to use and very practical for 270$ is a fantastic deal, you want a clean desk and an excellent way to upgrade your desk go for this monitor, and save even more with an open box in perfect condition.

Dell-24" IPS LED Conferencing Monitor
This is a great monitor for the price!!! The built-in blue light protector makes everything easy on the eyes and the web camera has a nice clear image. Since purchasing I have recommended this monitor around the office and have even purchased another for my home office.
