No, the webcam is attached but can be retracted into the monitor or raised by pressing on it with your hand.

No but it can be hidden if you press it down into the monitor and will be completely concealed.

Not exactly. It has two positions; one is retracted into the top of the monitor which is not functional, and the other position protrudes above the monitor for usage.
