My Hot Drinks Are Staying Hot Again

I love my Ember mug, so when I couldn't keep my coffee hot, I was at a loss. This coaster was the best fix and works perfectly. Now I can sip coffee at my own pace again and not have to gulp it down before it gets cold.

Extra smart mug coaster

I also purchased this extra charging coaster for my husband to use in his office everyday since he's been working from home. Alway nice to have the extra charging coaster to keep every cup of coffee/tea hot. Very happy with purchase.

Replacement charger

Q: QuestionI am confused. I am looking for a coffee cup warmer that is either battery operated or chargeable with an electric cord of some type which can then be unplugged after the warmer is charged. I want to be able to use my own mugs. Do you have that product?

- A:Answer Hi Pat, thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, we don't have an item like this as our Ember charging coaster is meant to be used with the Ember Mug. Ember uses advanced temperature control technology to create an environment where a hot drink (coffee/tea) is able to come to a resting temperature, decided by the user, between 120˚F-145˚F. Once liquid reaches the user's determined temperature, Ember will work to keep it at that resting temperature until the battery drains.

Q: QuestionHow long does the charge last?

- A:Answer The coaster itself does not hold a charge. The Ember mug is what the coaster charges. This must be plugged in at all times so when a mug is placed on the charger, it can charge. The Ember mug itself will hold a charge for about an hour and a half. Depending on the type/size of the mug, there are different timeframes the mug will hold a charge. You can go to the Ember website for all the details

- A:Answer Hi Arlingtonhoo, Thank you for reaching out to us! The charging coasters are interchangeable and laterally compatible to each mug. Both charging coasters use the same charging technology so you can charge the Ceramic Mug (both the 10 oz and 14 oz) on the Travel Mug coaster and vice versa!
