    Synopsis

    Fast & Furious
Vin Diesel and Paul Walker return to the film franchise that helped to launch each of their respective careers as the Fast and the Furious series winds to a close under the creative eye of Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift director Justin Lin. Fugitive ex-con Dom Toretto (Diesel) is back in Los Angeles to seek out the truth behind a high-profile crime, but his presence in town doesn't sit well with Agent Brian O'Conner (Walker). These two rivals are forced to unite in the cause of fighting a common enemy, however, when convoy heists and precision tunnel crawls lead them out of Los Angeles and into the Mexican desert. Now, in order to take down a formidable opponent with some serious skills behind the wheel, Dom and Brian forge an uncertain partnership while exploring thrilling new frontiers in the fine art of racing. Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, and John Ortiz co-star. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

The Fast and Furious series is one of the best I have ever seen. A general rule of thumb I have found with movies is the first will be good, the second worth watching and after that the series or franchise is clearly not well thought of beyond just how to make more money. Fast and Furious franchise is different (yes i understand the purpose of these movies is for the company and actors to make money) but what is different is that each chapter in the story line is well thought out, planned, and edited with excellent acting. Each one carefully plays into and off of the previous ones and the entire story flows with 1 solid story line that doesn't deviate or try and change anything before it. If you want to see how following movies in a series need to be done to make the entire series worth seeing and not just the first couple, then this franchise will show you how.

Best Buy had to share the "Steelbook" phenom with Target & Walmart, but if you order when the Limited Edition Steelbook first come out, only Best Buy will hold one at a store or ship it to you. Even though #4 of the "Fast & Furious" series wasn't a great movie, when I saw the great job of the Steelbook packaging, I had to buy at least one of each of these BEST BUY LIMITED EDITION STEELBOOK because eBay was already selling them at $59- versus Best Buy's offer of $19.99 - $24.99.

I am currently in the process of upgrading my fast & Furious collection to the Steelbook versions available at Best Buy. So needless to say when I found the Steelbook version of Fast & Furious 4 at my local BB I pounced on it!! And it was under $10 too!! Great looking case. As for the movie it is crystal clear on Blu-Ray. And the sound is awesome from my surround sound set up. The steel book version also includes the DVD version and an Ultraviolet digital copy. I am currently upgrading all my Fast & Furious movies to the Steelbook versions! Thanks BB!! You ROCK!!

A great way to continue the series, you just have to remember that the order goes 1,2,4,5,6,3,&7, other than that you can watch this series over and over. it's going on 14 years and I still don't get tired of watching any of the movies, or having friends over and having a F&F weekend marathon. I have a great concept for the F&F7 packaging, so if anyone knows someone that can connect me with whoever does the packaging, please do so as the idea i have includes some really unique ideas and an obvious tribute to our dearly departed friend Paul. http://www.mth-buttons-trains-pins.com/

Really good overall movie in blu ray I mean what not to like when it involves women and cars that's right curves on both ends of this spectrum. Really this was part 2 of the series to me.. right after the fast and the furious. now I have to get that movie to really have my collection complete. The plot of this movie was good... just lacked a little more depth of story. Action was there, the fast cars were there, and women were hot. I would recommend this movie to own.. though the price not really to be desired. of course though its Blu ray.

Note: This review is mostly for the steelbook and not the actual blu-ray disc. Sturdy case with a high gloss design on the front and back, that looks great if you complete the entire steelbook set. Would rate it 4/5. Knocked it one point for having no inside artwork. Fast & The Furious blu-ray is my least favorite out of the series, and also my least favorite blu-ray quality-wise (compared to the other six blu-ray releases). But overall, it's still a top notch release. - Picture: 4/5 - Audio: 4/5 - Steelbook: 4/5

So far, Dom (Vin Diesel) is still a fugitive from the US for outstanding truck robbery charges. Now he is in the Dominican Republic with his gf Letty (Michelle Rodriguez), and still a criminal. Brian (Paul Walker) is now an FBI man. Dom's sister Mia (Jordana Brewster) is still in LA. After Letty is somehow killed, Dom returns to LA, where the story began, and he and Brian cross paths. But they quickly put their differences aside to work together to bring down a shared enemy, a wanted heroin importation boss.

The fourth Fast and Furious movie was pretty good. It was a lot better than Fast and Furious Tokyo Drift. I like how Vin Diesel and Paul Walker were back in the movie together. It seems that they would be coming out with another movie by the way this one ended. This movie on blu-ray should be great especially for car fanatics. It would be a great movie to add to your collection and to experience on blu-ray. The movie is probably the third best out of the four in the series in my opinion, but it is still a good movie.
