A: Yes, but it is limited to 5 responses of your choosing and preset emojis. For example mine are: Yes, No, Sounds good!, Okay lol, and Yeah lol. I receive all incoming text notifications, which I can read and reply to (using the 5 responses), but you cannot initiate a text message through it. If I need to send/respond to a text in more detail, I just use my phone. Hope that helps!
A: Companies don’t refer to the capability as waterproof as that comes with a whole bunch of legal technicalities. The watch is water resistant to 50 feet - you can swim wearing it and it will track your laps.
A: It has both sizes of bands inside the box.
Q: What is the type of band that comes with it? Leather, silicon, etc?
A: The watch comes with a woven fabric band (grey speckled as pictured) and a silicon (or silicon like) band. For both types of band, both a small and large size are included in the box.

Q: How does the "Versa Pay" work? Is it like using "Wallet" on an IPhone?
A: You open the Fitbit app on your phone. Select your Fitbit Versa or Ionic in the top left corner. Select wallet then added your card. If it's from a supported bank it will add it to your watch. I bank with US Bank and it required me to call them to verify with them that I wanted it added. Once added you hold the left button on the watch itself, enter your four digit security code you created and then scan the watch at the NFC section of the card reader at the store.
Q: Does the fit bit come with the charger? Didn't see it listed in what was included.
A: A charging cable is included.
