Q: how many gallon of ice cream can it make?
A: It is can make thousands of gallons of ice cream. But only one gallon at a time. Unless you add the BeefMaster 6800 attachment. This can be found at beefmaster.com.
A: No it doesn't. At least not for me ever. Pretty sure the churning goes in the opposite direction of the locking one.
Q: Where do you get the recipe from to make the ice cream?
A: It comes with a recipe pamphlet. Also found great ones on Google. Once I got the hang of it I was tweaking recipes with different ingredients to make it my own.
