Q: QuestionCan it be upgraded, memory and internal space?(3 answers)
A: AnswerThank you for the question. The Pavilion 14-ek0013dx specification indicates that the memory is "onboard", meaning soldered. While it can be upgraded, this would be a job for a trained technician. If by "internal space" you mean storage, yes, the drive could be switched out for one of higher capacity. Due to the Li-ion battery, we suggest that all upgrades be performed by professional technicians.Answered by HP Team
Q: Questiondoes the battery come out or are they built into the computer(2 answers)

The Perfect College Companion: HP Pavilion
Product: HP Pavilion 2-in-1 14" FHD Laptop Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5) I recently purchased the HP Pavilion 2-in-1 14" FHD Laptop in Space Blue, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. This laptop has proven to be an exceptional companion for my college life, and I wanted to share my thoughts with potential buyers. First and foremost, this laptop is incredibly lightweight. I can carry it with me all day without feeling burdened by its weight. Its slim and sleek design also makes it a breeze to slide into my small bookbag, which is a huge plus for a busy college student like me. I no longer need to lug around a heavy, bulky laptop, and this has made my daily commute and class transitions so much more manageable. The speed of this laptop is truly impressive. With an Intel Core i3 processor, it handles multitasking with ease. I can have multiple applications open, browse the web, and run software without any noticeable lag. This speed has greatly improved my productivity, as I can complete assignments and research tasks more efficiently. The 14" Full HD display is a visual delight. It offers vibrant colors and sharp clarity, which is perfect for watching lectures, reading e-books, and streaming content during breaks. Whether I'm working on assignments or unwinding with a movie, the display never disappoints. The 8GB of memory and 256GB SSD offer ample storage and ensure that the laptop runs smoothly. The SSD's faster read and write speeds are a game-changer. It boots up quickly, and my files are accessible in an instant, further enhancing my productivity. In summary, the HP Pavilion 2-in-1 14" FHD Laptop is an ideal choice for college students. Its lightweight design, speed, and portability make it the perfect companion for those who are always on the go. I couldn't be more satisfied with this purchase, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and versatile laptop for their college journey.

Decent option if you can get it on sale
Bought it on sale. Decent specs for what I paid. Good touchscreen, though you may want to use a pen to avoid smudging. Mousepad has an issue where it seems to get stuck randomly though, and the battery life isn't great (definitely not 9 hours as the page says). It's worked well for school so far.

Love it! But couple things that are not great,
Omg where so i start!! Love it! But couple things that are not great, And IT COULD NOT BE ALL OF THE LAPTOPS - MINE MAY BE A TAD BIT MALFUNCTIONED!! All PROS PROS PROS HOWEVER!! Be mindful, im going through the warranty process to exchange it for a new one because the fan gets very loud and it heats up extremely hot and it dies very rapidly three main important aspects of the PC so it is a huge bummer however, hopefully when I get an exchange, my new one will have a better battery life and the fans will run appropriately and not sound like a helicopter
