A: 400W internal power supply.
A: I agree 400 watt is not enough. Nvidia recommends at least 450 watts for the Geforce GTX 1660 Super. My power supply died after 5 days. It will be repaired under warranty but I am wondering how long it will last. You can get a 600 Watt power supply for around $100

A: TechNitWit was able to fit a Gigabyte RTX 3080, which measures 320x128x56. He DID have to remove the lower fan. I would say 300mm is probably the longest card to retain the fans.
