Fantastic movie!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Considering the fact that Disney was in a creative stupor in the 80s this is one of the best Disney movies from the 80s. this movie has always been held back by the shoddy animation but it was when Disney was first experimenting with computerized animation on computer systems that ran at a whopping 200Mhz. I writing this review on a computer that runs at 3700*8Mhz so I can forgive the animation issues. all said this is a fantastic movie for the whole family and even though the animation isn't the best, the images are sharper and the colors are better on Blu-ray vs. DVD or VHS.

Remember this one?
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is one of the first movies I remember going to see as a kid, but since it is from the quiet period in Disney animation (before their late-80's to '90s renaissance) it seems to have been forgotten by many. Pretty sure the last time I saw this was on a VHS tape, so I was very happy to see it get a Blu-Ray release. In typical Disney Animation fashion, this is a very solid release, and looks as good on my home theater as it probably did at the cinema where I originally saw it. I find that the movie still holds up well; not too surprising, given its story is rooted in a Dickens novel. Perhaps a little surprising is how well some of the songs still hold up - I'll admit I went and added "Why Should I Worry" to my playlist after watching the movie!

Another one to add to the old Disney Classic colle
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This one is not among the most popular classics, but it's definitely up there for me personally. My mom would show me the sing-a-long videos when I was a kid, and most all the songs included in the movie were on there, so much that I begged her to buy me the movie and she did on VHS. Happy to own the blu-ray edition now that I'm all grown up for my viewing pleasure. And no, I don't have any kids, this is just for me. LOL!

Good but not quite a classic
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's been a very long time since I've watch Oliver and Company prior to watching it on blu ray. The movie itself is fun and has some great voice talents. I enjoyed the characterization of all the animals. Maybe because I didn't grow up watching this particular Disney movie, it doesn't feel like a Disney Classic to me. I was surprised at how much the picture was cleaned up with the remastering. I was expecting much more film grain, but the picture was exceptionally sharp and seemed like it could have been computer animated. That was slightly detracting for a movie almost 30 years old. I would recommend it as part of the Disney collection, but I wouldn't rank it near the top.

A little-known classic
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been waiting a long time for this classic that went under the radar to finally come out on Blu-Ray. It's a shame that this movie isn't very well known among Disney movies. I just love the very catchy music that went along with it. If you or your family skipped on this one, don't hesitate to pick this one up. You won't be disappointed!

CLASSIC DISNEY MOVIE!!!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Saw this movie as a kid in the 90s and really liked it. Watched it on Disney plus a month or so ago and reminded me how much I liked it. So when I saw this was on sale, I had to grab it!! Such a great movie with the music and artwork illustrations.
