A: Yes, the camera can be installed upside down and the image can be flipped in app settings.

Camera's own lightbulb does not need to be on for the camera to record, the light is independent and is controlled via app. Subscription is not required, it can be used with SD card for local storage (SD card needs to be purchased separately). Camera is compatible with Alexa.

they are ok work well makes my lifht flicker once in a while but its the fact of paying to save or keep track of that sucks and even using an sd card

Good concept
The concept of these lights is a good one, but these were too big for my outside light housing; for this reason, I returned them.
