    Great product and price!

I had to get use to using Alexa since I have always used a manual alarm clock and radio. After a week it was very easy to use after initial set-up. I love that there are still buttons on top to adjust the volume and snooze alarm. I also love the small unique round design. I like the vibrant screen with color & scheme options that shows current weather, time, temperature, and date that also turns red at night. This is a reasonably priced product.

Compact Smart Device That Works Great

I’m really happy with the Amazon Echo Spot. The build quality feels premium and the materials look great on my nightstand. One of my favorite features is the Spotify connection, which works smoothly and makes listening to music very convenient. Setup was also incredibly simple and only took a few minutes. Overall, it’s a practical and stylish smart device that works perfectly for everyday use.

    Good but small issue...

The device is clear and sounds good. I like the sleek design. The only reason it is not a 5 star is because I chose to use the new Alexa+ feature which is still in testing and it has caused issues with the device. Do not beta test Alexa+.

Hello Cassie, Thank you for your question. Voice-based calling between Alexa devices including Announcements, Drop-in, and voice calls are supported. Echo Spot does not have an integrated camera, this device does not support features that require an integrated camera such as video calling. Hope this helps, have a nice day!

  • can I listen to Spotify if my phone isn’t nearby using this? Can it play Spotify using only WiFi?

Hello Questions and thank you for your question! Yes, you can link your Spotify profile to the Amazon Echo Spot to play content. Since the Amazon Echo Spot connects to the internet through a WiFi connection, you do not need a cellular connection! Hope this helps! Have a great day!

  • is this a universal, like can we use on 220 watts

Hi Maria- Thanks for reaching out. The Echo Pop comes with a power adapter that can handle input voltages from 100V to 240V AC. This means it will work in countries that use 220V electrical systems without requiring a voltage converter. While the device can handle 220V input, you may need to use a plug adapter if the shape of the plug doesn't match your country's electrical outlets. The plug adapter doesn't change the voltage; it just allows the device's plug to fit into differently shaped sockets. I hope this helps. Have a great day!
