Can you play games like minecraft and call of duty null

My son has played Minecraft and Kerbal Space Program with no issues. He's also played other Steam based games with it too. If you are talking about the old PC Call of Duty games I think they would work just fine. The RAM is fast and it has a decent graphics card.
