- Answer AMD and Intel are different brands of CPU's. Typically the price reflects the performance disparity. In normal usage scenarios, it doesn't matter which brand is chosen.

- Answer I too found that my Laptop was very slow on booting up, and it was also rebooting in the middle of my work for the first few weeks, then it speed up afterwards. It seems to be OK now. During that time there were many windows update, and synchronizing of programs and files.

- Answer Yes there is a possibly but you must check what DDR ram it is. You my look at the gold fingers and search on the web to see which DDR ram it is. (IT my include in shipping box.)

- Answer No. This is an entry level laptop. You need a more capable machine with a separate CPU and GPU. You're going to have to spend perhaps three times of cost of this machine to get the graphics performance you require.
