A:AnswerIt should. I installed Office 2010 on 3 of these machines. I had to follow the link from Microsoft to install the older version, but it lets you download older copies of Office from the Microsoft Store as long as you have the product keys.
A:AnswerMy laptop has two slots and one had a 4 GB DD3 card. I was able to to open it up and add 4 GB. It now has 8 GB. I and currently looking into the ability to run to a total of 16 GB. The trick to opening it up is the two screws they hide under the hinge area. Search youtube.

If you are talking about the old PC Call of Duty games I think they would work just fine. The RAM is fast and it has a decent graphics card.

Some Windows apps can be uninstalled too but it really depends on what you plan on using. Every computer user has different wants and needs so that's not an easy question to answer.
