You can online but its very hard to find the section to redeem. You can use credit and debit cards easily but difficult to redeem gift card

If you are a current subscriber, log in to your account and click on the “Redeem a Gift Card, Prepaid Card or Digital Service PIN” on the My Subscriptions tab. Enter the Card #, CVV2 and Valid Thru date.

From there you will need to enter the Card Number or Pin into the required field, walk through the redemption process and the value of the card will be applied to your account. Otherwise, you can call customer care at 1-866-635-5027 and let the representative know you have a prepaid card to apply to your account.
