• Pick up today likely depends on availability at your local best buy. Also it comes with Windows 10, 64 bit. Not sure about whether it's 10.3

• The computer will come with the 64 bit Windows 10 Home edition, right out of the box, but you will need to run Microsoft Update when you are setting up your computer, for the first time, to get the latest updates.. It should take less than a half hour the install the new updates.
