A:AnswerToday I called for the same exact reason. I called 1-866-933-5552 it’s the parts dept. I told them the problem an that I still had coverage an they asked me which color joy cons I wanted from what they had available. An then to my surprise I asked if these were new or refurbished an they said brand new. No need to send old ones an also have 30 days to return if same thing happens. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerYou can find the full Terms & Conditions of you Geek Squad Protection Plan at www.geeksquad.com/termsconditions, but, in short, we may either repair or replace your Switch, depending on a number of factors when you bring it in to us.
A:AnswerNo it doesn’t. I thought a Total Protection Plan would do it all. I was badly disappointed and told them to throw my 2.5 old monitor to the trash.
Will switch to Amazon and their Asurion plan which does cover accidental damage.
Been a customer for 25 years. Guess that doesn’t count.
A:AnswerHi there. Thanks for your question. The full terms and conditions for your specific plan can be reviewed any time at www.geeksquad.com/termsconditions.
A:AnswerIf you purchased a Geek Squad protection plan, take the entire unit back to the store for an exchange. If you didn't buy the Geek Squad protection plan and the warranty on the unit hasn't expired, then you should call Best Buy to see whether you can exchange it at the store or whether you need to contact Nintendo.
