If you purchased a Geek Squad protection plan, take the entire unit back to the store for an exchange. If you didn't buy the Geek Squad protection plan and the warranty on the unit hasn't expired, then you should call Best Buy to see whether you can exchange it at the store or whether you need to contact Nintendo.

Please try again later.Check your power cable make sure the docking is connecting and you can charge from it. also use other Type C USB to see if you can charge the system. if still not working contact Nintendo switch support. your system should be still cover under warranty.
