“If I accidentally crack my monitor's screen with the Geek Squad protection plan, will my monitor be covered and replaced?”

• No it doesn’t. I thought a Total Protection Plan would do it all. I was badly disappointed and told them to throw my 2.5 old monitor to the trash. Will switch to Amazon and their Asurion plan which does cover accidental damage. Been a customer for 25 years. Guess that doesn’t count.
