- Answer The warranty does not cover missing pieces its an Accidental Damage or Handling warranty that covers most things not including loss or theft.

- Answer The warranties are the same despite the amount you pay. The difference is the amount they cover up to. From what I can determine, (I'M NOT AN EMPLOYEE you would need to ask an associate to be certain) it's $10 for every $50 worth of covered product. So if you purchased the $59.99 plan with $399 of qualifying product and needed a replacement it would only cover up to $299 of the product instead of the full replacement price of $399.

QuestionIf I transfer my Occulus to someone else, does the protection plan go with it as well? As long as they have the proof of receipt? Is there anything else you should do to properly transfer the protection plan with the Occulus system itself? Thank you!

- Answer You can play games like Roblox on your Oculus Quest 2 with an Oculus Link cable which can be hooked up to a gaming PC. Roblx cannot be just downloaded from the Quest Store on the headset.

- Answer Typically you will replace the whole product. Trade in your whole headset and controller. Same day service. You will need to log back into your account you use on your quest and reinstall things but the hardware issue will be resolved same day as long as the product is there.

- Answer DID YOU PURCHASE ANY KIND OF WARRANTY ON IT? THERE IS A 1 YEAR MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY. SO THATS NOT IN YOUR FAVOR... try RESTARTING YOUR HEADSET.. OR WORSE CASE SENARIO, AND HARD RESET!!! GOOD LUCK

- Answer Yes you can return it but you can’t just return the controller you’re gonna have to bring the headset and the other controller to be able to return it I believe. Just go to the closest Best Buy and go to customer service and get it returned and replaced and that should be it, so you’ll be getting a new headset too, and depending on how much you payed for the quest you can get it replaced with the quest 2 as long as you bought it for more or the same amount as the quest
