A:AnswerI would call Best Buy and return it immediately. I think there is a 15 day return window. If it is beyond that and you have Geek Squad call and have them come fix it. If not, you may have to go through the manufacturer warranty. Wondering if it is an install issue though??

A:AnswerWe got free delivery, but when they offered installation, it was going to cost $165. We opted to have a friend, who is a plumber, install. We were never told that it had to be installed by one of their installers. Besides I don't think there is a warranty on the install, just the dishwasher. If it is installed incorrectly, then I would hope your plumber is honest enough to fix it free for you.
