Do yourself a favor and don't waste the money on this plan. They do not know how to install anything they always come up with a reason why they can't and they don't know what they're doing and that's just a fact
I highly recommend Geek Squad for major appliances. While this is for a new purchase, we just had to use our last one for our 3 year old dishwasher that just quit. They tried to repair it and ultimately replaced it. I was impressed there wasn't too much heartburn going through the process other then the wait times for the repairs/parts orders but getting it replaced after they tried 2x to fix it was great. It is pretty reasonable price for peace of mind.
