We got free delivery, but when they offered installation, it was going to cost $165. We opted to have a friend, who is a plumber, install. We were never told that it had to be installed by one of their installers. Besides I don't think there is a warranty on the install, just the dishwasher. If it is installed incorrectly, then I would hope your plumber is honest enough to fix it free for you.
