• A:Answer it's up to the discretion of the manager to allow this. usually, it's fewer days. However, you can just say you want to try out the product first, then when you feel comfortable buying the protection plan, you can return with your satisfaction and buy it.

• A:Answer More likely no, but you can ask away and hope for the best. they can cover things like ghost lines, green screen use to a magnet next to the tv. something similar in that area. I hope you can get it to fix!

Q: QuestionThe TV only allows me to change the channel by going to the guide each time. My dad is 86 and he needs to be able to just change the channel using the keypad or the up and down arrows. I need help. This was a Christmas gift for him and he cant use it!
