“We purchased a LG 55" tv with the 5 year plan and had geek squad come out for the same problem at least twice an after they change out the main board,the sound still cutting out on every thing Netflix, Hulu. Ect now they say the plan has ben canceled”

I don’t believe they will tell you your coverage is canceled, you have the coverage for 5 years, in the case you mentioned, they will replace the TV for you if they can’t fix it. And that’s the essence of the protection in the first place.
