To be honest with you I would call Best Buy customer service to ask that question
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I warranty may be extended due to unforeseen events such as COVID but we have to have a tech come over to inspect the unit to insure that there is nothing wrong. I do want to add that due to the warranty’s expiration an additional service fee will be applied.
