• I had once a Toshiba,, started getting a whole bunch of red lines all over the screen,, never went back to that brand, I think I've had like 4 Acer computers in the past, this is my 2nd chromebook, the first one bought it like a year ago,, the C720, gave that one to my girlfriend and still going strong, and thats including the battery,,

• Both are great machines. Both offer glorious screens. The Acer's is larger and --to my ears--the sound is better. On the other hand, the 2015 TC 2 features an illuminated keyboard. Go to Best Buy and look at the two machines. Try the two keyboards. See if one feels more comfortable.

• Don't know much about the Toshiba, however the Acer with the larger screen is VERY nice! Gives you plenty of room to have many things open at once. Extremely happy with the two we purchased!
