“This one has a fan, correct? How is it, really noticeable? Does it seem slow, or does the 4 GB of RAM help despite it's 1.5 processor (I've been using Samsung 2012 model, 2.6 proc, 2GB RAM)? Lastly, how's the trackpad, smooth? The Toshiba B3340 is rough”

I don't think mine has a fan. But I use it 2 - 4 hours straight with no heating problems. It is extremely fast! The touch pad is very sensitive. And I love the "two finger" tap to get where I need to be without having to click on the pad.

Every app I use loads instantly, sometimes so fast that I am still waiting for something to happen. The trackpad is fantastic. I have used many laptops in my IT career and this one has been one of the best.
