• There is no cellular service, unless you add a USB modem or have a wifi hotspot to connect to.

• No, you must have a WiFi signal. There are no Chromebooks that I know of that will work with AT&T, Verizon, Sprint.......

• this chromebook is only wifi,, it doesn't have a SIM slot like a phone
