• The laptop I received basically looked like new. The packaging didn't and the cord definitely appeared to be used but that's okay. The unit worked as expected and cosmetically looked brand new. I purchased a refurbed Acer - 2-in-1 15.6" Refurbished Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 12GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce 940MX - 256GB SSD - Steel gray
