• You can't download software from websites. You can only insall apps from Google Play

• No. Turbo-Tax &Quicken are apps that need to be downloaded to a Windows or Apple computer. Note that Quicken/Intuit has an app that DOES work on Chromebooks, called Simplifi. You can transfer your Quicken data to Simplifi. Still, not Turbo-Tax.
