When you send a picture or file to another device via Bluetooth, the receiving device will have the confirmation info. If it doesn't seem to be there remove all screenlocks and go to the start screen. The confirmation info should be there for you to "confirm" that the number from the sending device and the receiving device are the same and tap "OK" on each device. If it still isn't showing up on the receiving device and it says "file not sent" on the sending device, make sure that you have bluetooth turned on on the receiving device and that your device is paired to the one that you are sending your pic/file to.
